1.) Go over remote access with everyone.
2.) Stickers on some of our vehicles are not CVOR, but an MTO requirement for an annual safety check. This has to do with weight class (3/4 ton vehicles, and our p/u with electric tailgate).
3.) High Voltage Policy/Procedure (flash gear to be worn when applying and removing grounds)
4.) Discuss making our Safety Checklist Sheets available/fillable to remote users, electronically. They can be filled out & emailed into the office… rather than paper copies floating around.
5.) We are in the process of installing a 64ft tower, to facilitate redundant high speed wireless internet connections at the office.
