1.) James Dilts… to manage; inventory, tools and equipment, and jobsite deliveries. Order requests still need to flow through the project managers.
2.) Review remote access with everyone… discuss the date format issue & fix all netbooks as needed. (discuss collecting email from any computer with internet access)
3.) Go over importance of planning ahead with everyone. We project managers need the help of all foreman and other workers, to stay organized and plan ahead, so we can support you properly.
4.) We have begun creating electronic versions of our safety forms in which drop down boxes and other electronic tools will be
used to make the forms relatively easy and less time consuming to complete.
5.) We are also working on a new electronic safety talk form which foreman will add comments to each morning (after a mandatory 5-10 minute jobsite specific safety talk), and submit it (electronically) to the office at the end of each week. We must create a workplace habit for reviewing workplace safety every morning before we begin our work day.
